Safety at the EX

It is of utmost importance to us that you have an enjoyable experience at the EX. We have a number of programs, each with its own safeguards and precautions in place, to ensure your comfort.

Entrance Security

New in 2023, the Saskatoon EX will feature walk-thru metal detectors and bag checks at all entrances. This may cause some delays in entering the park so we encourage everyone to arrive early.

Circle K Lost Kids Program

Kids on the park are kept safe by being wrist banded by the Circle K Lost Kids team as soon as they arrive on the park. Should a child become separated from a parent or guardian, the Circle K Lost Kids team will contact uniform security to escort them to the EX Police Station to be reunited with family. Wristbands are available from any admission entrance or Lost Kids Kiosk (located in Main Foyer and either end of Kidsville Midway). This is a complimentary program. To assist in reuniting lost kids, please include a contact cell phone number on the wristband.

First Aid Services

The First Aid Station is location on the backside of the SaskTel Grandstand and is open throughout the event. Also on-site are Medavie Health Services, located at the north end of the park next to the EX Police Station.

Police Services

The Saskatoon Police Service is located in the EX Police Station from 12:00 noon to 1:00 am daily. Officers patrol the park throughout the event alongside uniform security services 24 hours a day. If you require emergency assistance, please call 911.
