We’ll be once again welcoming indoor and outdoor exhibitors. Outdoor operating hours are noon-midnight and the indoor Tradeshow Halls will be operating from 12:00pm-11:00pm each day.
2026 Applications for Indoor Exhibitors, Outdoor Vendors, and Indoor/Outdoor Concessions will open in January 2026.

The grills are heating up and the countdown to Saskatoon EX is officially on! We’re now accepting market vendors, concessionaire and game operator applications for the Saskatoon Ex. From classic midway treats to classic fair wares, this is your chance to be part of one of Saskatchewan’s most iconic summer events. Space is limited, so we encourage vendors to apply early to secure their spot.

Important Notes:
- All submissions will be reviewed by our Selection Committee. If accepted, you will receive a confirmation email and an invoice for deposits and fees sent to the email address provided.
- Outdoor operating hours are noon-midnight and the indoor Tradeshow Halls will be operating from 12:00pm-11:00pm each day.
- Event maps, booth locations, setup instructions, and additional details will be provided only after all fees and deposits have been paid in full.
- Show Management reserves the right to adjust the event layout as needed.
- All maps and layouts are managed exclusively by Prairieland. To ensure the best possible guest experience, vendor placement is determined by our team, and we are unable to accommodate individual location requests.
Exhibitor Categories
Vendors selling ready-to-eat food or beverages must use electric-only equipment that meets Saskatchewan fire code and includes proper ventilation. Open flames are not allowed, and there are no kitchen facilities on site.
Food trucks/trailers that produce food for immediate consumption. Tents and temporary setups for cooking are not allowed. Tents for storage or prep are allowed (depending on space) in addition to your main truck/trailer.
Retail, non-for-profit, educational, outreach and promotional exhibitors. Special market areas include: Pet Pavilion and Champion’s Corner.
Indoor and/or outdoor vendors that offer pay to play games and/or experiences.
