All tickets are non-refundable and must be used in the year purchased.
Can one person use Superpass admission and another use ride portion?
Yes. There is a two part Superpass ticket where the admission can be used separately from the ride ticket
Does the Superpass provide midway games & pony rides as well?
No. Both games and pony rides require cash as well as some other feature rides not operated by the midway ie: Euro Bungy, Wobbly Water Balls, or Slingshot
Does the fair accept credit cards for preferred parking, admission entrances or midway?
Only cash is accepted for admission but ATM machines are located on the park at some entrances. Please remember to bring cash for preferred parking. The Midway ticket booths do accept credit cards.
Does the Superpass get me into all the shows during The EX?
Yes. The Superpass includes a general admission and all entertainment is free with this admission including the SaskTel Grandstand concerts and entertainment.
Does my caregiver have to pay to attend the Exhibition with me?
Guests with disabilities who require full-time care and could not otherwise attend the Saskatoon Exhibition without a caregiver present will receive complimentary admission for their caregiver. The guest will pay applicable admission upon entry.
There is a height restriction for some midway rides? Each ride has a designated height requirement which is posted at each ride. Paying adult may be required to accompany a child based on height.
How does the Midway Fastpass (Front of the Line) ticket work?
A limited number of Midway Fastpass tickets are sold daily and once this amount is reached the sales will be cut off. A special Midway Front of the Line entrance is located at each ride. You require a Superpass or Midway tickets to go along with this Fastpass.
Do I need to pay to ride with my child?
Yes, all riders must pay – best value day to ride with small children is Wednesday (30 coupons for $20.00)
Is there a time limit or maximum number of rides on the Superpass?
No. Ride all day and one day from opening to close. Includes both Main and Kidsville midways.
Where do I find out what entertainment is coming to SaskTel Grandstand/EX and times?
The official show guide will be distributed in the August 2 edition of The Star Phoenix as well it will also be available at all entrance and information kiosks onsite.
If I don’t want to wait in line, is there reserve (premium) seats in the SaskTel Grandstand?
Yes. There is a limited number of reserve seats as well as Super Fan tickets for standing room right in front of the stage. All Premium Tickets are $25.00 and admission must also be purchased separately. Only a limited number of tickets available nightly. They are available online and onsite if not sold out.
What are the hours of the Saskatoon EX?
All admission entrances open at 12 noon daily with preferred parking lots opening at 10:30am. Outdoor entertainment areas, food concession and midways close at 12 midnight. All indoor buildings close at 11pm daily.
Does the Saskatoon EX operate in the rain?
The Saskatoon EX operates rain or shine. If severe weather occurs some rides or areas may be closed temporarily during this time. A weather alert will appear on the large LED video screen located at the entrance to the SaskTel Grandstand and inside Hall D (Market Square) with details. No refunds are provided for bad weather.
Are pets allowed at the Saskatoon EX?
Service dogs are permitted but pets are not permitted. Do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle. Kindly leave them at home.
Is smoking/vaping permitted at The EX?
Saskatoon Prairieland Park Corporation is committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for our guest and employees. For the comfort of all, we request that if you smoke, please use an outdoor designated area. Smoking of cigarettes/vaping products is permitted in the designated smoking area of the Kickin’ Horse Saloon, Grandstand (south end), North and South Concession Row and Sports on Tap ONLY. Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere else on the park including the midway or any performance areas. The Cannabis Control (Saskatchewan) Act Bill 121 and the City of Saskatoon Municipal Smoking Control Bylaw #8286 states that consumption of recreational or medicinal cannabis is prohibited in any form in public places. You will be ejected from the event, if caught consuming cannabis on the park.
Is there wheelchair, stroller or wagon rentals at The EX?
Yes all three items are available for rent including a parcel check which is located in the Main Trade Center foyer. Wheelchairs can be reserved in advance by calling Prairieland Administration Office at 306-931-7149.
Where is Lost and Found?
Let us help you get your stuff back. Saskatoon EX Lost and Found is located in the Exhibition Police Station located near the Ruth Street Bus Loop or call (306) 683-8911. All unclaimed items will be transferred to Saskatoon City Police Lost & Found each morning.
Are First Aid Service available at Prairieland Park during the Saskatoon EX?
The First Aid Station is location on the backside of the SaskTel Grandstand and is open throughout the event. Also onsite are Medavie Health Service located at the north end of the park next to the Exhibition Police Station.
Are there police officers onsite during the Saskatoon Exhibition?
The Saskatoon Police Service is located in the Exhibition Police Station from 3pm to 1am daily as well as officers patrolling the park throughout the event along with uniform security services 24 hours a day. If you require emergency assistance please call 911.
What is the Circle K Lost Kids Program?
Kids on the park are kept safe by being wrist banded by the Circle K Lost Kids team as soon as they arrive on the park. Should a child become separated from a parent or guardian, the Circle K Lost Kids team will contact uniform security to escort them to the Exhibition Police Station to be reunited with family. Wristbands are also available from any admission entrance. This is a complimentary program. To assist in reuniting lost kids, please include a contact phone number on the wristband.
Where are baby change stations, mothers’ room and a family restroom?
For the convenience of small children and their mothers and fathers, diaper change stations are located in all indoor public restrooms. An area for breastfeeding mothers is also available along with a family restroom in Hall E (Fun Zone) located at the north end.
What should I expect upon arrival at the Saskatoon EX?
The Saskatoon Exhibition uniform security provider will perform mandatory bag checks at all entrances including strollers and wagons and may also perform random personal pat downs. We do not permit any items such as weapons, alcohol, or drugs. Cannabis is consider a restricted item at Prairieland Park. If you are showing signs of intoxication, you will NOT be permitted to enter.
Can I walk around the Saskatoon EX with an alcoholic beverage?
Alcohol is permitted in licensed areas only. You will be asked for one piece of government issued photo ID to enter these areas or to purchase liquor tickets. All ages licensed areas are designated at the Ruth Street Patio and SaskTel Grandstand. We have the right to ask for ID at any time if you are consuming alcohol. It is illegal to provide underage people with alcohol and charges may result.
Can I bring food/beverages to the Saskatoon Exhibition?
We welcome our guests to pack their own non-alcoholic beverages and picnic items. We have a number of green spaces and picnic table throughout the fair. We ask that you help to keep the Park clean by using our recycle and garbage stations. A water bottles refill station is now available adjacent to the Express Way for your convenience. Water fountains are located in Hall C women’s restroom and Hall D concession area.
Can I bring my medical prescriptions?
Oral and injectable prescription medications must be in their original containers. Please only bring what you will require for the day. The Cannabis Control (Saskatchewan) Act Bill 121 and the City of Saskatoon Municipal Smoking Control Bylaw #8286 states that consumption of recreational or medicinal cannabis is prohibited in any form in public places. As this is a public space, consumption of cannabis is prohibited at Prairieland Park and the Saskatoon EX.
What if I accidently bring a prohibited item – is there a place to store it until I leave?
Unfortunately we cannot store prohibited items at the entrances. You will need to store them in your vehicle or it can be voluntarily surrendered and will not be returned.
Can I bring my own lawn chair and umbrella to the park?
Lawn chairs are not permitted as there is plenty of indoor and outdoor rest areas including seating at most perform areas. Umbrellas are not permitted in the SaskTel Grandstand and must be returned to your vehicle or take to Parcel Check in Main Trade Center foyer.
Where is the best places to be dropped off and pick up by car?
We recommend that you use the Ruth Street Bus Loop located along Ruth Street for drop off and pick up. You are not permitted to leave your vehicle or it will be towed as limited space available in this area.
Do you have Taxi/Uber stands on the park?
Taxi stands are located at Sports On Tap, Ruth Street Bus Loop (Entrance #3) and the Trade Center Main Entrance after 10pm. Uber is permitted on the park but doesn’t have a specific pick up or drop off at Prairieland Park so we recommend using the Ruth Street Bus Loop.
Can I ride Saskatoon City Transit with my Superpass?
Yes, show your Superpass ticket on the way to the fair and your wristband on the way home for free transit rides (regular routes).

The parking lot shuttle will run from Prairieland Park’s parking lots (excluding Diefenbaker Park) to the Admission Entrances #4, #5 & #6 (Hall E and Main Foyer). The shuttle operates Tuesday to Sunday from 12:30pm to 12:15am.
The Police Station is located adjacent to the Ruth Street Entrance and is staffed by the Saskatoon Police Service. This Station will handle all lost children and property. All lost property can be claimed at the Exhibition Police Station during the Saskatoon Ex. For any inquiries following the closing of the Exhibition, please visit the City Police Lost Property Department.
Lost Kids wristbands are available for children (phone # only, no name) at Info Kiosks, Admission Kiosks, Lost Kids Kiosk by Kidsville North and South Entrances, and EX Police Station. Lost kids will be escorted by uniform security to EX Police Station to be reunited with the contact on the wristband. This is a complimentary program.
The Saskatoon EX does not accept credit cards at any entrance or on the midway. Automated Banking Machines are located at Ruth & Lorne, Main Entrance Trade Centre, in the Trade Centre Main Foyer , Hall C Foyer, Hall E Foyer, inside Hall E North end and adjacent to Kickin’ Horse Saloon.
Accessible parking is available in the main parking lot, on the north side of Hall B, and west of Hall D. Please ask parking attendants for assistance.
A First Aid Station is located behind the SaskTel Grandstand.

Travel together and save! Cars transporting 5 or more people will be admitted for FREE to onsite Preferred Parking where space exists.
Bicycles, skateboards and segways are permitted in parking lots only. Bike racks are available at Ruth & Lorne Entrance and Ruth Street. Please do not lock bikes on perimeter fencing.
Taxi service is available. Drop off locations are at the Ruth Street & Bus Loop Entrance, the Trade Centre Main Entrance or at Sports on Tap. Taxis are not permitted to wait on-site.
