Audio Visual Services

Prairieland Park offers a full in-house audio/visual service including on-site tech services and equipment rental including LCD or LED TV's in a variety of sizes. We will help guide you through your technical service needs. All audio/visual equipment is rented on a per day basis. Each facility has a built in paging system.

Hall A includes infrastructure of projector, screens and sound system. Audio visual techs (IATSE) must be contracted. Contact your Production Coordinator for complete information.

Any further audio requirements may be arranged through our preferred supplier Barndog Music Productions (306) 374-3944 or a supplier of your choice.

IATSE, Amusement Tax, BMI, ReSOUND, CAPAC and SOCAN charges will apply where applicable.

First Aid

St. Johns Ambulance may be arranged on your behalf through your Production Coordinator.

Security

Prairieland can assist to ensure your event is safe and secure for your attendees. All security requirements may be arranged through your Production Coordinator.

Admission Staff

Your Production Coordinator can arrange for assistance with temporary staffing and registration needs.
